Our standard practice is to use the necessary coverings to protect your property, respect your belongings, and use the best tools and techniques available to ensure the job is done to your satisfaction.

Here’s what we will do inside your home to ensure this promise is kept:

• Move furniture away from walls
• Cover floors with drop clothes
• Cover furniture & exposed non-painting areas with plastic
• Remove drapes, switch plates & outlet covers (& or course put back)
• Perform simple repairs, such as replacing drywall, taping, texturing, caulking & sanding
• Use quality paint & primer (see color section for recommended brands)
• Leave your home clean at the end of each working day

 EXTERIOR

Whether you need your fence painted, siding, brick, just the trim, or the entire exterior of the house re-done, MelMo Painting can provide a solution that is designed with your specific needs in mind.

      Prior to exterior work being started, we will always:

A.   Power Wash
Most homes have a layer of dirt or debris that should be washed down prior to painting.  This is why we will always thoroughly spray down the exterior areas of your home about a day or so before applying any paint.

B.   Scrape & Fix Damage
We will scrape & remove loose paint...this is a must!  Any repair work such as damaged wood or stucco replacement will be thoroughly discussed & fixed accordingly.

C.   Prime & Caulk
All exposed wood will be primed to prepare the surface for paint.  We will also caulk window & entrances, which helps reduce air flow in these areas.
